demotivates them more than motivates them<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Worse still, only 9% feel strongly committed to their company.<\/p><p>How can we transform our role as manager to become an inspiring leader rather than just an order giver?<\/p><h2> <\/h2><h2>When your employees think &#8220;the manager sucks&#8221;.<\/h2><p>Have you ever heard, or thought yourself:<\/p><p>&#8220;<em>My manager sucks&#8221;<\/em> (or worse)<br><em>&#8220;I&#8217;m not recognized&#8221;<\/em><br><em>&#8220;They don&#8217;t understand anything&#8221;<\/em><br>&#8220;<em>He puts too much pressure on me&#8221;<\/em><br>These phrases reflect a deep-seated malaise. In a team, a manager is not just there to give instructions: he or she must inspire, engage and unite. <\/p><h3> <\/h3><h3>Management: an emotional transaction<\/h3><p>In reality, your customers as a manager are your employees.<br>Of course, there is no financial transaction.
