corporate priorities for team mentality<\/h2><p data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1233\"> <\/p><p data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1233\">A survey of senior managers (General Managers, BUs, Sales state of our teams. data-end=\"2176\">Calling on an <strong data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2088\">external third party<\/strong> encourages freer, more authentic feedback, closer to the reality on the ground.<\/p><p data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2243\">The actions resulting from these diagnoses can be carried out by :<\/p><ul data-start=\"2244\" data-end=\"2362\"><li data-start=\"2244\" data-end=\"2276\"><p data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2276\"><strong data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2273\">internal resources<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2277\" data-end=\"2362\"><p data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2362\">or <strong data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2314\">specialized service providers<\/strong>, depending on the need and skills required.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2369\"
