Automating CV sorting, generating marketing content, pre-qualifying leads: these are just some of the use cases already deployed in companies. <\/p><p data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"656\">But behind these optimizations lies a deeper reality: <strong data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"653\">AI isn&#8217;t just transforming tools, it&#8217;s changing the way roles are defined<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"807\"> <\/p><ul><li data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"807\">Each automation raises questions about the real added value of human resources.<br data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"732\">&#8211; Each optimization highlights unclear or redundant missions.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"929\"> <\/p><h5 data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"929\">AI doesn&#8217;t take work away, it just reveals that some jobs aren&#8217;t built around their true purpose.<\/h5><h2 data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"1009\"> <\/h2><h2 data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"1009\">Behind automation: the question of human added value<\/h2><p data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1127\"> <\/p><p data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1127\">For a salesperson, recruiter or analyst, AI doesn&#8217;t replace the function, but it does force us to ask ourselves:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1242\"><li data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1167\"><p data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1167\">what is my real contribution?<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1242\"><p data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1242\">what part of my role can&#8217;t be replaced by an algorithm?<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1286\">As one executive summed it up:<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1375\"><p data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1375\">&#8220;We need to focus on creating value, not cutting costs.<\/p><\/blockquote><p data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1504\">In this sense, AI refocuses the focus on what <strong data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1458\">humans alone can provide<\/strong>: creativity, arbitration, meaning, inspiration.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1566\"> <\/h2><h2 data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1566\">New managerial expectations in the age of AI<\/h2><p data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1655\"> <\/p><p data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1655\">As tools evolve, so do management practices.<\/p><ul data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1841\"><li data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1735\"><p data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1735\">Management based on <strong data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1698\">control<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1718\">reporting<\/strong> is becoming obsolete.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1841\"><p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1841\">Leaders are now expected to do what AI cannot: <strong data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1838\">think, frame and arbitrate<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1955\"> <\/p><p data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1955\">The manager becomes <strong data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"1887\">the architect of meaning<\/strong>: he creates a framework, defines a direction, arbitrates priorities.<\/p><p data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"2199\">The specialists interviewed insist: AI must not be delegated to an isolated expert. All too often, AI projects are entrusted to brilliant technicians who are out of touch with business and cultural issues. The result: no overall impact.  <\/p><p data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2348\"> <\/p><p data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2348\">Conversely, executives who <strong data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2261\">explore AI for themselves<\/strong>, who test, who are amazed, discover real opportunities for transformation.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2421\"> <\/h2><h2 data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2421\">Training in AI skills: beyond generic training courses<\/h2><p data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2502\"> <\/p><p data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2502\">In the face of these upheavals, generic AI training is not enough.<\/p><p data-start=\"2504\" data-end=\"2623\">Learning how to use <strong data-start=\"2525\" data-end=\"2536\">ChatGPT<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2554\">Midjourney<\/strong> is useful, but not enough. Companies now expect : <\/p><ul data-start=\"2624\" data-end=\"2808\"><li data-start=\"2624\" data-end=\"2673\"><p data-start=\"2626\" data-end=\"2673\">an understanding of <strong data-start=\"2648\" data-end=\"2670\">business use cases<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2674\" data-end=\"2744\"><p data-start=\"2676\" data-end=\"2744\">the ability to <strong data-start=\"2691\" data-end=\"2741\">identify technical biases and limitations<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2745\" data-end=\"2808\"><p data-start=\"2747\" data-end=\"2808\">a <strong data-start=\"2759\" data-end=\"2785\">strategic and human<\/strong> reading of the impact of AI.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2880\"> <\/p><p data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2880\">Knowing <strong data-start=\"2820\" data-end=\"2850\">when not to use AI<\/strong> becomes a key skill.<\/p><p data-start=\"2882\" data-end=\"2912\">One expert summed it up:<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"2913\" data-end=\"3070\"><p data-start=\"2915\" data-end=\"3070\">&#8220;General training is useful for understanding the language of AI, but it must lead to specialization by use case and purpose&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote><h2 data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3137\"> <\/h2><h2 data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3137\">The 10-20-70 model: putting people at the heart of AI success<\/h2><p data-start=\"3138\" data-end=\"3176\">According to the model popularized by BCG:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3177\" data-end=\"3391\"><li data-start=\"3177\" data-end=\"3244\"><p data-start=\"3179\" data-end=\"3244\"><strong data-start=\"3179\" data-end=\"3187\">10%<\/strong> of investments should be in algorithms,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3245\" data-end=\"3301\"><p data-start=\"3247\" data-end=\"3301\"><strong data-start=\"3247\" data-end=\"3255\">20%<\/strong> data and technology quality,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3302\" data-end=\"3391\"><p data-start=\"3304\" data-end=\"3391\"><strong data-start=\"3304\" data-end=\"3312\">70%<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"3317\" data-end=\"3388\">human skills, processes and cultural transformation<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3393\" data-end=\"3561\"> <\/p><p data-start=\"3393\" data-end=\"3561\">The crux of the matter is not technical performance, but the ability to develop <strong data-start=\"3487\" data-end=\"3531\">human talent capable of integrating AI<\/strong> into strategic vision.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"3568\" data-end=\"3618\"> <\/h2><h2 data-start=\"3568\" data-end=\"3618\">Conclusion: management reinvented by AI<\/h2><p data-start=\"3619\" data-end=\"3707\">Artificial intelligence is not just a tool. It acts as a revealer: <\/p><ul data-start=\"3708\" data-end=\"3876\"><li data-start=\"3708\" data-end=\"3756\"><p data-start=\"3710\" data-end=\"3756\">it exposes the flaws in existing roles,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3757\" data-end=\"3811\"><p data-start=\"3759\" data-end=\"3811\">it forces managers to redefine their posture,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3812\" data-end=\"3876\"><p data-start=\"3814\" data-end=\"3876\">it requires targeted, pragmatic skills upgrading.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3878\" data-end=\"4012\"> <\/p><h5 data-start=\"3878\" data-end=\"4012\">AI doesn&#8217;t reduce the need for people, it makes it even more crucial. Provided managers are willing to reinvent themselves. <\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84c6620 elementor-widget
