Mobilization and Analysis

First, we mobilize your sales management and define the scope of the assignment. This is followed by a brief audit phase, during which we analyze the existing situation: current processes, discourse, documents, etc. This includes initial support in the field to identify best practices and priorities for change.

Production of improvements and Real Test

In the second phase, after having fed back the analysis of the first phase to sales management, we build improvements that we return to test in the field directly with your teams. We don’t assume success, we prove it through the voice of the customer!

"Success stories and deployment

In the third phase, based on the “success stories” we’ve built up with your teams, we make adjustments to the new sales model (key stages, target behaviors, redesigned sales support documents, improved sales pitch, etc.). We can then roll out training for the entire team, to ensure a lasting commitment to the change.

Our role is to help you overcome resistance, mobilize your teams and anchor new practices for the long term.

  • Change in the posture and attitude of sales staff, who, thanks to the emulation of the mission, are encouraged to adopt different behaviors.
