Change has become the norm in business. Mergers, market developments, digitization, overhaul of offerings, strategic repositioning… But change cannot be decreed: it first has to be accepted, made desirable, and given meaning.
At Retorika, we support organizations in their transformation projects with an approach that is both strategic and human.
First, we mobilize your sales management and define the scope of the assignment. This is followed by a brief audit phase, during which we analyze the existing situation: current processes, discourse, documents, etc. This includes initial support in the field to identify best practices and priorities for change.
In the second phase, after having fed back the analysis of the first phase to sales management, we build improvements that we return to test in the field directly with your teams. We don’t assume success, we prove it through the voice of the customer!
In the third phase, based on the “success stories” we’ve built up with your teams, we make adjustments to the new sales model (key stages, target behaviors, redesigned sales support documents, improved sales pitch, etc.). We can then roll out training for the entire team, to ensure a lasting commitment to the change.
